Typing in any kind of block prohibits spaces

    I’m new to WordPress and have been attempting to update the Homepage and add other pages to my new WordPress account. For every page I try to update or add, whether it be using a paragraph block or a heading block or otherwise, the text just all runs together, without allowing for any spaces between words.

    Is there a global setting that needs to be changed for text that all runs together like this, or is it something else? Kindly advise.
