typo in activation email

  I’m trying to update my email as there was a typo when originally setting it up; however, it’s not allowing me to do so. I’m getting a message that says it needs to be verified before I can change it. But, I can verify it, because there was a typo. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

  Please mention the correct email that you want to add to your site. Please don’t be worry about posting the email in public forum as the email you will send in reply will be visible to the staff member and will be hidden from everyone else.

  Hey tcbdaybash,

  It’s a normal mistake most of the people make. Please share your correct email address here which can be seen only by the staff members.

  The staff will send you the verification link to your correct email address to activate your account.

  No problem, I’ve added that email address to your account and you should receive an email containing a confirmation link.
