typo in email address I used for registration

Genius that I am I managed to use the wrong domain ending in the email address I used for signing up and now I can’t change it without confirming the wrong address first. Help me please! THANK YOU! ^^

Hi myrareed!

You can usually update an incorrect email address through the Account Settings page, but it looks like there is a bug at the moment which is preventing this, so you will need a Staff member to change it for you.

I am tagging this thread with a modlook tag for Staff assistance.

Hi there!

I went ahead and verified your account so that you update your email.

When you log in to your WP Admin Dashboard here: myrareed.wordpress.com/wp-admin, do you get this prompt http://d.pr/i/hqOZ? If so, then you should be able to correct your address by clicking Send to another email address.

You can also change your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.
