Typo in my new domain name! Please help!!!

  Hi there,

  I made a typo in the domain I just registered. It typed ‘margotklignender.com’ like an idiot when it should really be ‘margotklingender.com’ like my actual name. Please help! I do not know how to change it!

  Then you go to the My Upgrades page of the dashboard and click to get a refund on the domain name. Then you buy the domain name you actually want. You HAVE to do this right away, as domains are only refundable for the first 48 hours.

  My domain was included in my sign up fee and I cannot afford to pay for a separate domain. When I try to cancel my domain it says ‘You cannot cancel this domain because of an internal error. Support has been notified’. I have no idea… I just need to change the name.

  There is no sign up fee here. If you bought an upgrade, then you bought an upgrade. You get a refund, then you go buy the domain you want. No net increase in price. No lost money.

  I’m not sure. All I know is that I can’t cancel my domain now. Why would this be?

  Internal error, it says. It also says staff have been alerted, and this thread is flagged for their attention, so hang tight and wait. You reported it before the refund period was over, so you will get a full refund.
