  Hello,

  I need to use a font which is not in typekit on my wordpress.com blog. (compton to be specific) is that possible?

  It’s not possible to use fonts outside of the ones we offer through Google Fonts and Typekit. If you can provide a link to the fonts I’d be glad to see if our collection includes anything similar.

  Hi, related to this, while fiddling with theme options after the page attributes stopped working on current theme, the fonts went default and I can no longer find FF Prater I was using on the drop down list, which is very annoying. It’s a type kit font, is there any way to recover it? Or do I need to sign on to Adobe Typekit account to use full range? Or available type kit fonts differs depending on the wordpress.com subscription? You wouldn’t be rotating available fonts periodically?

  satillus99 – We occasionally retire Typekit fonts in order to refresh the collection. FF Prater was retired in 2013. If you stop using a retired font by selecting another, it will no longer be available to your site.
