typos and repeated sentences not correcting

  http://www.foundationpilates.com is my site. The first page has three typos and the first paragraph repeats. When I log in and make changes and preview, it looks fine. Once I log out, the changes don’t save. Please let me know how to fix this. This is pretty embarrassing as it’s my homepage.
