U-Tube link and title

  I am not computer expert but started my blog

  (1)My problem is you can see in my pages the color of HOME/Recipe/Jokes is very light so people can not read it. How can I change the color to blue or black.
  (2) As I do not have much knowledge I just load links to page in my regional language. Now I am afraid what will happen when the page is full? It will go to next page? If not how can I attach next page?
  (3) With new uploading I can not write the title. In U tube now when I upload a link that link is coming and before that I could put hyperlink and can write text to display. For example if I have a link and I want to give it title New World…before New World was coming and you can click it you can go to that link. In U-Tube embedded code give complete picture and take lots of space.
