  I have just upgrade my blog, but i don’t see the new domains.
  I followed the guide i have done all steps but nothings. i have wait 8 hours, I have to wait yet?

  Hi Alessandro,

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=alwaysonline.com

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Hi. Thanks for your reply.

  When i get ” NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM “, it says:

  Unable to save these registers because there are errors. Check out the list below. Contact support if you can not solve the problem.

  1. Not correspond to any format of DNS records.

  And, i don’t understand the guide.

  Hi Alessandro,

  Are you adding three different nameservers? One for each?

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Please contact your registrar if you are unable to do this and they should be able to take care of it for you! Since I don’t have access to DNS, unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Once the nameservers are updated your site should be up and running!

  But, I have to register my domain to another site? Why on wordpress did not say anything to this? The nameservers

  I can take them from the register, but I do not have this.

  Hi Alessandro,

  Your domain is already registered with Network Solutions as seen here:

  http://who.wildwestdomains.com/WhoIs.aspx?prog_id=wildwestdomains&domain=alwaysonline.com

  Do you own this domain? This would only be possible if you already purchased this domain through Network Solutions. If you are not the owner of this domain, then you cannot use this domain. You will have to choose another domain.

  Please let me know and I’d be happy to provide you a refund for the domain mapping. If you need to register a new domain, you can do that through this support guide.

  I’m not the owner of this site from Network Solutions.

  YES! First i don’t understand the differtent of mapping and registrer a dominio.
  I’ve just feel the difference now! When i have a refond i’ll register a new domain with WordPress.com.

  i’ll concact anyone for refond, or you doing this?

  Yes, I have provided you a full refund ($13) and removed the domain mapping from your account.

  Please note that domains need to be registered and mapped (hosted) to a site for it work. You can register and host with two different companies. If you currently do not have a domain that you bought elsewhere, you can do both through us. You can register a new domain through the link I provided you in the post before.
