Hello, This could be strange, but my friend was developing a website for my business called ChaletBakery, He has started and has died in a accident on Monday this week, so now I would like to finish what he has started with you, Is there anything I can do to access and complete my web page. I do not have access to any pass words etc that he may of set up, but the pass words are very likely my name etc, The domain is already published but needs info. Hello, Thank you for assistance,My Domain name is Chalet Bakery.ch. I do have His phone so I could receive a Sms to change admin etc, But I have no idea were to start. Sorry.

Hi @andrewway6 – I’ve looked into the domain and it has DNS records which point to what I believe to be your friend’s website mistermoustache.ch. That domain has DNS which points to what might be a hosting provider, tizoo.com.
I’m unable to find anything on the domain registration itself, unfortunately.
Because the site is not hosted with us, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do to directly influence what you are trying to accomplish. Our best guidance at this point is to reach out to tizoo to see if they can help in any way.

Hi, So in a complete twist of good luck, I was able to open his computer and all the pages he was working with were open so I have changed the name and passwords in Word press and zoo commence, so now I have these open on my computer, I think, so now I need to spend some time trying to understand this new world ,I think I should be able to work it out, I keep seeing signs saying – for new users etc, thats me. hehe. But thankyou for your guidience and your condolences, Just a word of warning to not take things for granted, My Friend slipped getting out of His shower, 44 with a 12 year old Son.
