We currently have our League site ucysl.org with Leaguelineup.
I started a test page in WordPress (https://ucyslblog.wordpress.com/) to see if some of our needs could be met here. I am still in need of figuring out the calendar and other items such as mailpoet because we have mailing list that are over 10k subscribers. With that said, I inquired to transfer our current Domain to here. I need help as I am not a techi and was presented with the information below. Please advise.Dear Valued Customer,

I inquired to transfer our current Domain to here. I need help as I am not a techi and was presented with the information below. Please advise.
To point your domain to use from your domain provider, you need to ask them to set the following name servers on your domain:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
They’ll know what to do with those.
To be clear, you cannot transfer your domain to us, you can only point/map it here. It will need to stay registered at the current provider. Changing the name servers creates a connection from them to us.
Next, you will need to add a paid plan to your site at My Site ->Plans, and then you can add the domain mapping upgrade. This creates a connection from us to your domain provider.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)

Can you expand on your calendar needs? Then I can tell you if what you want is possible here or not.
As for Mailpoet, we don’t offer integration with any newsletter service, so when you publish posts here, you’ll need to manually send them out with your Mailpoet account. It’s also not possible to embed a Mailpoet form here directly, but you can link to it from your site using a widget.
We do offer a MailChimp subscriber pop-up if you want to look into using that. It should be possible to export your subscribers form Mailpoet to MailChimp, but I recommend you contact those services directly to be sure.
