Ugraded from old version, now RSS not working

Sooo, I had a WordPress blog and the RSS worked fine – saw my posts in Google Reader. Dreamhost put the pressure on me to upgrade my db – what 13000 spam comments in my My SQL a problem for your server? Seems I had turned comments off, but not prevented them from coming in. Anyway, I was a good girl and upgraded my WP db as well as applied some spam plug-ins.
But now, my RSS doesn’t work. I know it is automatic in WP. I know how to link it in the sidebat. But when I post, nothing shows up in Google Reader. What up??
What file do I look in? Is it the theme? This is the same theme that worked before? After spending all evneing with no luck, I made two margaritas and drank them. *sigh* Maybe someone here might see the problem easier than me??

Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
This is the forum for people hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.
