Ugrading Isuues

    Have tried upgrading my site. I tried to use paypal and my card but they were both declined. I have since tried using another card and now it says the site is currently not processing payments that i should contact support. Have tried doing that and am not getting response. My site is supawriter.wordpress.com. Kindly assist. Thanks!
