All widgets are installed here > Appearance >Widgets
You have a grid based theme and there is no front page sidebar widget display designed into that theme. Please read the detailed theme description:
Widgets
Fontfolio includes one sidebar on single posts, pages, and search results; this can be configured under Appearance → Widgets. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fontfolio/
Note also that widgets now have “visibility” settings so we can select which pages they display on. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility -

You’re welcome. Long story made short > Fontfolio is a grid based theme and it’s not designed to have a sidebar on the front page of the blog.
