UI is Flipped

  I am trying to make a new post on my blog but I noticed that everything is flipped so that the post window is on the right and the controls are on the left. This wasn’t the setup I had before, where the post window was on the left and the controls on the right. On top of that, the new post I’m trying to write doesn’t even have the scroll bar appear when the text disappears below the window. Then when I save the draft and reload the page, all of the paragraph spacing disappears.

  Long story short, I want my interface flipped back to the way it was. Text box on the left, everything else on the right.

  Hi there. They made this change to the Beep Beep Boop editor two weeks ago, and I’m afraid they’re not planning on switching it back. They’ve also removed the link to switch to the classic editor. You can add your feedback on the most recent changes, as well as report the errors you mentioned, in this thread that’s being monitored by staff: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-reinstate-the-option-of-choice-to-use-the-old-publishing-format?replies=544

  If the Beep Beep Boop editor in its current form doesn’t work for you, the old editor still exists and you can still use it, and staff has indicated that there aren’t any plans at this stage to scrap it. The simplest option now is to bookmark your WP-Admin dashboard and always create and edit new posts and pages via that. To find your WP-Admin dashboard, click on the WP-Admin link on the My Sites page, or add “wp-admin/” at the end of your WordPress.com URLs. (http://scalyburrow.wordpress.com/wp-admin/)

  If you don’t mind “getting your hands dirty” a bit, another user has created a workaround in the form of a user script you can install in your browser that will automatically take you to the classic editor every time the new one tries to load if you click the New Post or Edit buttons in the admin bar or on-site.
