  Hi – I’m trying to set up with WordPress and the site won’t accept my work email (email visible only to moderators and staff) for registration nor will it transfer the domain http://www.inck.uk. It says the tld is incompatible. Can you please help

  What is the exact error message you are seeing when trying to transfer your domain to WordPress.com?

  The error message is:

  Cannot transfer in domains with ineligible TLDs.

  Hi Nick,

  Thanks for confirming. While .uk domains can be registered through WordPress.com, we don’t currently support incoming domain transfers for this particular extension. However, inck.uk can be connected to your WordPress.com site with domain mapping:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
