It appears that you may wish to set up a dating site.
This is the wordpress.COM peer support forum. (1) You cannot create a registration by membership site and dole out usernames and passwords here. That can only be done on a wordpress.ORG software install. (2) You cannot create an e-commerce site that requires secure payment system here either. That can only be done on a wordpress.ORG software install.
If you want to do what I refer to above then you will need to hire a web host http://wordpress.ORG/hosting/ and set up a wordpress.ORG install.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
