  Hi,

  We are having trouble to log in into uktie.eu via WordPress and we do not know why. The password has not changed and in any case, if I ask for a new password, I never receive the mail to do it. Also, the domain ‘uktie.eu’ does not appear as one of my sites even though we own the domain.
  How can I get access again to my domain via WordPress?

  I’m having trouble locating your service provider. Do you know if your site hosting was purchased from WordPress.com or if you were maybe using a different service provider such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, Amazon, etc?
