Ultimate Member Email Templates

Im really frustrated. Ive managed to navigate through setting up Ultimate Member on our site but try as I may, I cannot save edited to the email templates. Everything I can find on the web tells me its doable andI follow all the instructions but the edits wont save. Anyone have any ideas?

Is this the plugin that you downloaded and installed: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-member/?
If so, I would suggest posting on their WordPress.org plugin support page at: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ultimate-member, which should cover all users questions, free and paid. Hopefully they can offer a solution for the issue.

Yes, thats the plugin.
So I tried the WordPress.org forum and it states that they will only respond to posts from WordPress.Org accounts. That site tells me to use this site.
Its exceedingly frustrating that I cant get help on a plugin that is authorized by WordPress.
To be clear Ive tried almost everything I can think of. Ive referred to documentation on the Plugin. On my Mac I tried using Safari and Firefox. I installed Flash and Java and none of this worked.
I also went to the library and tried a PC with 2 different browsers and this didn’t work either.
I cannot edit and save email templates.
BTW the reason I want to edit the template is because the script in the template is corrupt.
Any other ideas? -

If this template is part of the Ultimate Member plugin, the plugin authors will be the best people to contact about the corrupt script — they should be able to identify what is causing it. I completely understand you are feeling frustrated, I feel that way too when things don’t work but contacting plugin support is the next step from here.

You’ll need to create a free WordPress.org account to post and if you don’t already have one, you can register here:

Once you have created an account, you should be able to post in the Ultimate Member support forums @thesacred path linked to:
