"Ultimate Member" plug in not showing in search

  Hi,
  I am just starting out with the free version of wordpress. I am trying to use the plug in found in wordpress.org called “ultimate member”. It does not show up when I search for it under plugins. According to the install instructions it should. These are the entire instructions for install:
  “Go to your WordPress “Plugins” page, from within WordPress admin dashboard, and do the following:

  Enter “Ultimate Member” into the search field and click “Search Plugins” or hit Enter.
  Select “Ultimate Member and click either “Details” or “Install Now”.
  Once Ultimate Member has been installed, click “Activate” to activate the plugin.

  Ultimate Member is now activated and you should see the welcome screen.”

  End instructions. The Ultimate Member forums are closed and look to be over a year old. Is it no longer compatible or I can’t be that helpless…can I? thanks for reading and (hopefully) helping!

  You’re reading instructions that only apply to sites using the WordPress.org software. Here at WordPress.com you can’t install your own plugins.

  Doesn’t look like a member access is available on PRESS..
