  Hi,

  I have a question regarding the “reset the password” function on our website, sicet.org. Some users indicated that they could not successfully reset the password since the link provided in that “reset password” email is broken (see screen captures below). Our site is
  

  We checked the links included in the email.

  1) the “Reset your password” template email message body (Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Email) contains the {password_reset_link} field in the email.body.

  2) the emails are being sent in plain text even though the Use HTML for E-mails checkbox is selected.

  Reset your password

  Can you please provide any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you.

  It looks like you’re using a self-hosted WordPress.org setup. Note the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
