  I would like to have a place where visitors can review my business. Having ratings online is important. This is a plugin found on WordPress.org but didn’t see for WordPress.com

  Unfortunately, plugins aren’t available for WordPress.com hosted sites.
  However, I did find this page with instructions to set up ratings through Polldaddy shortcode that you can use on a WordPress.com site

  *Misspoke as some plugins are obviously available on WordPress.com. Just not that one.
