  I have changed nameservers of http://www.ultradrugs.co.in its been more than 72 hours. your helper site http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/ also says that nothing is wrong.

  yet http://www.ultradrugs.co.in still does not reflect the blog http://ablepartners.wordpress.com

  What is wrong?
  I’ve tried everything.

  It looks like the domain needed a zone record. I went ahead and added it. Your domain is currently loading correctly on my side. Can you try clearing your browser cache as described here?
