Um Notifications are going wacky

  All of a sudden my blogs/stories are not sending original notification for people to know its up and then when I reblog it send a basic generic message out and not the TITLE of anything pertaining to the blog. WTH? I didn’t touch anything? How do I fix this? I have big doings in 48 hours????
