Un-associate domain with wordpress site

    Hello. My blog was originally a WordPress site with the domain hosted by WordPress. A few months back the original owner migrated the blog to blogger/blogspot but now we have a WordPress site again but our domain is hosted through a friend.
    All of the photos from the original WordPress blog are broken jpgs due to them linking to “fakingstarwars.wordpress.com” which automatically redirects to “fakingstarwars.net” which is our domain now hosted elsewhere.
    Is it possible to un-associate “fakingstarwars.wordpress.com” with “fakingstarwars.net” so the pictures’ link to the correct place?
