Un-mapping a domain and refund

    Hello –
    I need to uncap my domain (victoriazelner.com) from my WordPress blog. I also need assistance in figuring out a way to be refunded for my WordPress personal I paid for. I paid for a year and spent $30 something dollars as well as paid for domain mapping and will no longer be using WordPress. I have been very unhappy for it unfortunately. I don’t want any more issues, just my money back and a way to disconnect my site from linking together. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    I’ve processed the refund for your plan and domain mapping. The refund was not issued automatically because you had asked us to move the upgrade to a different site about a month ago, which caused the upgrade to be disconnected from your payment.

    You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, though that depends on your bank’s processing times.
