Hi –
Please write back to tell me which domain you need help with. I am happy to take a look. Thanks.

Thanks — we can restore revbrianmason.com and the Premium plan back to your account (with the original expiry date in November 2018).
revbrianmason.wordpress.com was deleted several months ago so I’m unable to restore the upgrades back to this site. However, if you create a new site in the same account, I can restore the upgrades there instead.
Let me know when you’ve created a new site and we can take care of this.

I noticed you purchased a Personal plan for revbrianmasonblog.wordpress.com and registered revbrianmason.blog.
I can restore revbrianmason.com to revbrianmasonblog.wordpress.com (so revbrianmason.com and revbrianmason.blog are attached to the same site). Would you prefer to continue with the Personal plan for now? Or would you rather use the Premium plan?

Restore revbrianmason.com and my premium plan
Happy to be refunded for the personal plan I purchased. I didn’t see an option for free, otherwise I would have selected that

Sure! Before I do that, do you want to keep revbrianmason.blog or is this domain not needed (only revbrianmason.com)?

Thanks — I’ve done the following for you:
- Restored the Premium plan and revbrianmason.com back to revbrianmasonblog.wordpress.com (expires 16th November 2018).
- Cancelled the Personal plan and revbrianmason.blog.
- Issued a full refund for the Personal plan.
There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History and you can expect that to arrive in 5-10 business days.
You may need to clear your browser cache if you are still seeing revbrianmason.blog when visiting the site.
Please let me know if you need any further help.
