  You can empty your site by following the steps outlined in this Support article:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Or you can simply set your site to private, so you can keep your content for your eyes only:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Note that neither change will be immediately reflected by search engines. Your content may still be viewable via cached versions for several months.
