Unable load the website and update page

  I updated the plugins of the website and it crashed, and I haven’t been able to load it since.

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with. Is it hosted at Network Solutions? I do not see an WordPress.com sites (as in “hosted at WordPress.com”) under your account with us.
