Unable t receive ICANN email verification.

on backend it was showing you must respond to icann email to verify your
email address or your domain will stop working. i tried to resend the

Help please! I have similar issue. I found out that my domain name has been suspended because my email account no longer works. Because my domain name was bought from WordPress.com, I logged in here only to find that ICANN sent an email to an old old address that I no longer use. The backup address is the one to my suspended domain. So – now I am stuck. Any ideas on what next?

You can send the confirmation email to different email addresses by updating the domain’s contact information. You can do this by visiting Upgrades > Domains > [your domain] then choose Contact Information. You can also find our full help guide for this here:
Domain owners are required to provide current and valid contact information. If the information you provided when you first registered your domain is no longer accurate, you can update it following the steps in this guide. Important Notes Registrants can choose to use the same email as their WordPress.com account or a different email. Please do not use an email associated with the domaHope this helps!
