Unable to acces my blog site

I have a blog at https://ghazaliraheem.com/. I am unable to access to edit or to update? What went wrong ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://ghazaliraheem.com/.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the https://ghazaliraheem.com/ dashboard.

Can you (or how does one) change my email address for the site http://ghazaliraheem.com to a different email – (email visible only to moderators and staff) ? Each time I try and do that using my profile it says this email is already in use? Am I the only one who can admin or someone other do this for me.

An email address can only be used with a single WordPress.com user account.
If (for example) (email visible only to moderators and staff) email is already in use in the system, you will need to log into the account that uses (email visible only to moderators and staff), change it to (for example) (email visible only to moderators and staff) and then log back into your original account and change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Does that make sense?

I am the administration of the site. I was able to change the username (email address) of the 2nd blog to a different one. I am now able to ‘view’ but not ‘edit’ my blog –Ninth Earl of Raheem http://ghazaliraheem.com.wordpress.com.
I am unable to get access to the dashboard. I ‘see’ two sites?
This is the message I get — but i cannot access get into access ghazaliraheem.com !!!. Please help.

I am still unable to access the dashboard to post or update pages on my blog site. Was not made aware that two sites under one email address would cause conflicts. Its been a few weeks and the primary site is still not accessible for posting or editing. Should I just abandon the post and move on, sorry if I sound frustrated but nothing I have tried has worked so far ?

I entered the data from the attached email shown below but it keeps getting rejected. This is the only registration information I have from an email sent by WordPress.com. I may have used an expired account (email visible only to moderators and staff) to activate my account. I have another email account (email visible only to moderators and staff) that is used for updating a bird club blog that I maintain. I got an email from someone named Josh R. so I thank you for helping me out hopefully this resolves the issues we have been dealing with and I can get back to working on my blog site.
