  fottengaga.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. The differences between the two are explained here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  That site will have separate login details; you can use this link to login:

  http://www.fottengaga.com/wp-admin/

  I have a similar issue with a client’s site http://www.globalyacht.us that the admin (original designer on the site) removed herself, and basically locked the client out of the site.

  Is there any way to recover a log in to make the client the rightful admin? The website is acting funky too since that happened. Why is that?

  I appreciate all the help you can provide. Thanks!

  http://www.globalyacht.us is a self hosted WordPress.org site. We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites as they are hosted on our servers.

  If you are unable to access that site, I’d recommend contact the hosting provider (Hostica) — they should be able to help.
