Hi. I have set up a new account today. When I tried to log in I get the message user does not exist. How can I access my account

You are still logged in to the wrong account, that’s why you can’t make changes. First completely log out from current kamboenergy.
Next as you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to your other account using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/. -
Could you comment here from the account you’re having this problem with? This would help us determine if you’re logged into the correct account and, if so, check for possible causes. Thanks!

I filled in the account recovery form and it told me to complete a reset password form even though I know my password. I’ve done it anyway and still having the same problem.
I have one domain. http://Www.kambo-energy.com
But two accounts called kambo Energy. I only created the second as I couldn’t gain access to the first. Now when I log in it keeps taking me to the second. I would appreciate if this get sorted as I’ve tried to to what you have asked and still no luck -

You would need to make sure you’re logged out of both accounts before logging into any original accounts.
You also may want to make sure the browser is not remembering any past information that could be hindering logging into the correct account.
