Unable to Access Account

I am unable to access a previous account. I do not have access to the email assocated with the account. Because of this, I unable to provide prove that I own the site other than that I am in the pictures on the blog. What can I do?

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

I have no way to verify my ownership because I do not have access to the email that is associated with the account. I can provide a valid ID that matches the information on the site. Can a member of the recovery team contact me directly?

On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which is a form of proof we can accept if you do not have access to the original email address. It sounds like you may have that info so if you add it to the form you will be able to send your message.
