Unable to access account

My problem is NOT related to my domain above. It is related to another that I manage (http://lasvegaswritersconference.com). I am unable to login or access the site today. I get the following message after a long delay.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

That site is a WordPress.ORG install and not a hosted by WordPress.COM blog. Our support docs do not apply to it. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

I downloaded the software on my desktop system which has since failed. How can I get It on my laptop?
