Unable to access account & domain says 'sever not found'

Bought & paid for trumpobit.com on June 3rd through WordPress. Must have used incorrect email address because I never received confirmation. Billing statement on bank account doesnt show the information your help page says it should. Transaction says ‘DEBIT CARD PURCHASE WORDPRESS [redacted] HTTPSWORDPRES CA (Cash)’
Please tell me:
1. why trumpobit.com says ‘server not found’ and not a page under construction
2. How to gain access to my account, my page and control panel for trumpobit.comThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Non-WordPress.com Nameservers
Although it seems trumpobit.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.

@timethief, I am new to the forums so I am not aware of this rule that if you are typing in a thread, no one else can reply to that thread.
Also, I wonder what make you think that trumpobit.com is not using WordPress.com nameservers. See: http://whois.domaintools.com/trumpobit.com

There is no rule. I was just giving you a tip.
I used the domain helper in the support docs.
Bottom line: Staff follow-up will take care of this. :) -
@tduke98023 can you log in with the account you used to buy the domain? It’s not associated with user tduke98023.
Once you are logged into the right account, you should make sure its email is correct, then you will need to verify the domain email. Please log into the correct account first, though.

@tduke98023 you need to take a few steps to fix this.
– log in with the account you used to buy the domain
– head to https://wordpress.com/me/account to update the email
– confirm the email
– update the domain email
– confirm that update as well
If you will start by logging into the correct account, and getting in touch, we can assist from there.

That’s the whole problem. I do not have access to the account since I do not know the email address used when purchasing the domain online be through WordPress. Thank you. Please advise.

@tduke98023 if you don’t know the username or password we’ll have to work through some other steps.
But if you do have the username and password, step one is to log in.
Step two is to head to https://wordpress.com/me/account to update the email that is there.

I do not have the username or password, therefore I cannot gain access to trumpobit.com. When I bought the domain name from WordPress.com. I thinking I entered an incorrected email address since I looked at all 3 of my email accounts and no welcome/activation email from wordpress.
We have to work other steps so I can gain access to trumporbit.com
Or can I get a refund for my purchase from WordPress? I have never heard of an entity that accepts debit card payments but there is no contact number for billing. Help.
