Unable to access account or reset password
-
I have been trying for several days to access an account still in use and with a subscription plan and domain in force.
The problem is that if I enter the email with which it is created, wordpress responds that this account or user does not exist.
I try entering what I remember that is my user and it recognizes it but does not identify any password.
I have also tried to recover the password but I do not receive any recovery link in the email.
I need to modify the contracted plan since Google Workspaces sends me to the reseller, in this case wordpress, but it is impossible and the plans are still active.
I would appreciate your help, thank you.

Hi,
Since you have a paid plan, you can use the transaction ID on Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
To retrieve the transaction ID, you can follow instructions in the below guide:
https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id -
I am filling the form but it is returning me that the activation url is not valid. (I am copying it as the form said) and it is not letting me send the form because of that.

Hello!
I suggest including your transaction ID instead, which you can find in the receipt in your email.
