Unable to access admin

    Hello,

    I have a website made through WordPress but it was not created by me. I have always been able to access the admin page to make changes however when I last logged in I clicked on the option to update the version and ever since I have not been able to access it. Whenever I try to log in, I am told there is not account registered with my login details which I do not understand why. I just need to be able to access the website again as I need to make changes and currently it is misleading.

    Any help would be massively appreciated!

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
