Unable to access admin dashboard

I’ve been having trouble for about a week now. (Inability to edit pages or add a blog post.)
When trying to just get into my admin dashboard today, absolutely nothing will load.
I’m unable to reach out to support via chat, and the contact us page won’t load either.
I did get an email about an error on my site (related to Elementor) with a link for recovery mode. I don’t even know what to do when I get to recovery mode. The email said to contact my host for assistance, but as stated above, I’ve been unable to contact through any typical means.

thank you. I was finally able to do some things to get back into my admin area and was then able to access the chat. Initially, it wouldn’t even load the “contact us” page OR “chat” features… once I got in, support was quick to help me resolve the rest. So grateful. Thanks!
