Unable to access admin login

    This morning I tried to log into my admin account for signsealdelivercards.com and it asked me to login to an admin account. I have tried logging in with this account (signsealdelivercards1), which is the account that was setup for this website, but when I try to log in with the Username or Email, it either says that the Password is wrong (even though I have reset it multiple times and can log in regularly) or that the Username doesn’t exist. Can you please contact me as soon as possible, as we would like to get this up and running soon.

    Are you sure you are posting at the right forum? I tried to look up your site URL and this website is not hosted on our, WordPress.com servers. This forum is only able to assist websites hosted on their servers. It seems like your website is hosted on domain.com servers (see it here: https://whois.domaintools.com/signsealdelivercards.com) which also means that the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org was used to built it. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info about the differences.
