Unable to access admin site, pages, or dashboard

I have been trying for days to troubleshoot the issue with my website and have not been able to find anything that can help me. I am essentially locked out of my website that I created, and the Dashboard has given me limited access. I do not even have access to the file manager to retrieve my site. The dashboard is not only acting weird, but for some reason giving me an error on the site saying that it’s hidden, when it is not hidden.
