Unable to access admin. site/update my site

  My admin. site just refuses to load, and has done so for the past week….so I can’t change/update anything on my site. How can I get round this? And is there any way to contact WordPress about this directly if there’s no simple fix? Thanks.

  What is your site URL? I’ll take a look for you. Is the site hosted with WordPress.com?
