Unable to access "Appearance" menue from the WordPress link on my company site!

  Earlier this week I began an internet career with a company who uses WebPress in their programs. I downloaded the WordPress program they required (3.2.1). They now tell me to press the WordPress tab on their site and I will see a Pull down menue titled “Appearance” with sub titles “Themes, Widgets, Editor, Add New Themes, Custom Header and Plugins”.

  I am unable to open a menue like I just described and, therefore, am unable to continue with their programs.

  Is there any way you can instruct me as to what to do? I have tried tocontact the company I mentioned above (Affiliate Resurredtion) for three days, but they are not responding. I hope I have not been ripped off.
