Unable to access blog

  There is an old blog that I no longer have access to, as the email and number attached are both longer active.
  It also means I’m unable to complete the regaining of access form, as I have no access to the Proof of Ownership. Someone please advise!

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  If you don’t have the verification info required as per https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/, then we won’t be able to give you access.

  It’s https://samanthakayoliver.wordpress.com/

  If I don’t have verification, how can the site be removed? It’s not that I don’t have access anymore, the email account and phone numbers don’t even exist anymore.
  There’s no way to get the verification information.
