Unable to Access Blog

I am a paid subscriber to a blog. My subscription autorenewed the other day and since then I am unable to access the blog as wordpress believes I do not have an active subscription. I have already logged out and logged back in and have cleared my cache and cookies with no luck. Does anyone have any advice on how to access the blog that I am an active subscriber to?

I checked, and the site staringatthefloorboards.wordpress.com is linked to a different WordPress.com account. If you don’t remember the account details, please fill out the Account Recovery form, and our team will assist you with regaining access.

I’m not the owner of the blog. I am a paid subscriber of the blog – meaning I read the blog posts published by the blow owner. I paid for my subscription but when I go to the blog it tells me that I am not a paid subscriber and that I need to subscribe to read the blog.
