Unable to access blog after redirecting domain

  Hello,

  I redirected my domain to a different directory on the server and since then I’m unable to access the blog page or login page. My site is now pointed back to the original location on the server, but I’m still receiving the following message:

  Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘__return_true’ not found or invalid function name in /data/16/1/48/119/1537282/user/1654829/htdocs/blog/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 166

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function deactivate_plugins() in /data/16/1/48/119/1537282/user/1654829/htdocs/blog/wp-content/plugins/spam-free-wordpress/includes/db.php on line 45

  Through WordPress, I tried to import the data to a newly installed database with no luck. I’m receiving a message stating, “not a WXR file.”

  Also, no luck importing the SQL file into the new database at phpMyADmin.
