Unable to access blog to edit

  I am unable to access my blog, all I get is this message….how do I fix this?

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /homepages/14/d388194399/htdocs/What Are Algae/wp-content/themes/thesis_182/custom/custom_functions.php on line 11
