Unable to access blog via IE10

Hi
I’ve asked about this twice before but had no response. Can it please be passed to the technical people as the blog is unusable in IE10 until it’s resolved?
The problem is that although I can get to the dashboard and stats, if I click through to the homepage or any of the posts, it doesn’t recognise that it’s me and treats me like a visitor. This means I can’t answer comments or post anything and it messes up my stats too by registering my views. I also can’t get through to the forums in IE10 because it will not accept me as me. This has been the case for days now.
Everything is working fine in FireFox – for the moment anyway, though if that goes the same way, I will have no way even to come on here and no direct access to technical help.
I’d really like for this to be resolved soon – I feel I’ve been pretty patient and this is the second time I’ve asked for it to be passed to the technical people since no-one seems able to advise on how to fix it.
Is it not possible for us to have direct access to the technical people rather than go through this time-consuming process and have to repeat things?
