unable to access blogs

  why can’t i access my blogs?
  i have 3 wordpress blogs
  denyse specktor aka the big yarn
  knitting circ;les
  the big yarn goes crestone
  i have not posted for several months & now I am unable to access – i know my password & nothing – please help i would hate to start over.
  thank you
  ps the url showing was just assigned i have had a blog for several years
