unable to access by website & log in

    Hi,
    i have purchased new domain from name cheap & hosted by wordpress on 29th Oct 2020. Now i am unable to access my website nor able to login into wordpress.

    Kindly fix the issue & below is enclosed reference

    Mail id: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    The site you are referring to appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    However, if you have access to the server control panel through the host for your site, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
