Unable to Access Content or Post New Content

In my admin page, all of my content might show up, or just a blank white page, so I am unable to post or contact WordPress (a message pops up that says I am not connected to the internet). This problem has persisted for at least the last day, and maybe more.
Posting in the forum is the only way I am able to contact WordPress support.

Many thanks for reaching out.
We’ve seen this report before with WordPress sites and usually clearing the cache solves this issue.
I’ve cleared the sites cache for good measure. Are you able to clear the browser cache also: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
Also, to note – I see this is site is on the business plan so it’s possible to get help in realtime via https://wordpress.com/help/contact
